- PADL ("Platform", "we", "us", or "our") is a mobile and web-based application for the Pickleball community, operated by SAEN ENTERPRISES INC. PADL connects Pickleball players with facilities that offer court reservations, event management, and related services.
- We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information when you use the PADL platform.

- We do not store full credit card or debit card numbers on our servers

A. Facilities
- When a player makes a booking, the following information is shared with the relevant facility:

B. Players
- Facilities may see the following in connection with a confirmed booking:
- Player name and contact number (for booking management purposes only)
C. Payment Processors
- Payment data is processed by our third-party payment processing partner(s)
- Such partners are bound by their own privacy and data security obligations
D. Technology & Infrastructure Providers
- Service providers supporting platform hosting, data storage, and technical operations
- All providers are required to handle personal data in accordance with applicable law

- Player contact information shared with facilities is provided strictly for booking fulfillment purposes only.
- Any use of player contact information beyond the confirmed booking — including unsolicited contact, marketing, storage for independent use, or resale — is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
- Enforcement — Violations may result in:
- Warning and mandatory remediation
- Financial penalties
- Suspension or permanent termination of facility access
6. Data Protection & Security
- PADL implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including:
- Role-based access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
- Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS) for all platform communications
- Secure payment processing through PCI DSS-compliant partners
- Regular system monitoring, logging, and security reviews
- No system is completely secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you in accordance with our obligations under RA 10173.
